Reporting to the Sr Manager of AI & Platform Architecture, you'll guide a team of engineers and solution designers in elevating architectural standards and resolving business challenges. Utilize your knowledge of AI applications like Agentforce to innovate solutions while ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the architecture lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentor engineers and designers on Salesforce architecture best practices
Work closely with the Principal Architect to solve complex challenges
Create high- and low-level designs to communicate effectively with teams
Define and enforce Salesforce platform standards across the architecture
Build proofs of concept to challenge and validate proposed solutions
Requirements:
10+ years of experience with Salesforce, including architecture roles
Deep expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced and billing systems
Experience producing key architecture documentation and roadmaps
Solid analytical and communication skills with leadership capabilities
Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and integration governance
