Key Responsibilities:
• Apply National Building Codes to all maintenance works
• Install and repair plumbing for diverse applications
• Perform maintenance on pressure water and steam systems
• Under supervision, maintain low-pressure steam equipment
• Conduct routine general mechanical maintenance
Requirements:
• Red-Seal, Master, or Journeyman certification needed
• Valid driver’s license is essential
• Prior plumbing experience required
• Knowledge of heating systems is beneficial
• Proficient in welding and pipe fitting skills
