Crews know what they’re walking into before they step on site. If something’s wrong, it gets fixed properly instead of pushed onto the next guy.

We’re adding experienced commercial flat roofers and foremen as part of steady, long-term growth. This isn’t a rescue mission or a short-term push - it’s a place for people who want consistency, fair treatment, and work they’re proud to put their name on.

If you’ve been doing this long enough to recognize the difference between a solid operation and a messy one, you’ll understand what we’re offering.
Install and repair flat roofing systems using TPO Material as the primary specialization.




Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Work on construction sites adhering to safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Perform maintenance and restoration work on existing roofs.
Lift heavy materials safely to prevent injuries.
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial flat roofing installation or repair.
Solid knowledge of roofing materials and techniques.
Excellent hand tool and power tool skills.
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights.
Commitment to safety standards.
Good communication skills.
Prior construction site experience preferred.
