Monitor performance against monthly and quarterly targets
Analyze campaign data and optimize
Identify and test new media prospects
Troubleshoot performance issues
Document and share learnings with the team
What We’re Looking For
Must have:
Proficiency with Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-directed and fast learner
Fluent in English
Advantages:
0–2 years of hands-on experience in media buying, ad operations, or ad tech
Previous exposure to DSPs, MMPs, or mobile performance campaigns
Familiarity with tools like AppsFlyer or Adjust
