Develop a collective bargaining preparation framework
Establish grievance and arbitration data reporting processes




Ensure accurate costing of agreements with Finance
Conduct market research and analysis for negotiations
Assist in resolving grievances with Payroll and HRRequirements:
Degree in Labour or Industrial Relations preferred
Advanced problem-solving and mathematical skills
Knowledge of labour law and legislation
Familiarity with Workday or similar HCM systems
