Sales Representative – HVAC CleanPro (New Brunswick)

Job Summary
HVAC CleanPro is expanding across Current Brunswick and we’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to help grow our presence in Moncton, Saint John, and Fredericton.

This is an chance to join a growing company where you’ll help customers improve comfort, efficiency, air quality, and long-term equipment performance.

This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our presence in the HVAC industry through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, and technical sales, with excellent negotiation and client facing skills. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced workplace where your sales expertise will directly impact company growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
Responding to inbound leads and booking appointments
Outbound sales and lead generation
Meeting with residential and small commercial clients
Assessing customer needs and recommending solutions
Preparing and presenting quotes




Following up with prospects to close business
Working with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience

What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Organized with strong follow-up habits
Previous sales experience preferred
HVAC, home services, or trades experience is an asset
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
