In this critical leadership role, you will provide strategic and operational direction for student well-being at SFU. Collaborating across departments, you will address systemic barriers and promote a culture of care, equity, and inclusion. Your experience in post-secondary environments will guide holistic support programming that empowers students.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Health and Counselling Services for student support
Coordinate initiatives across the Multifaith Centre
Identify and address systemic barriers to well-being




Provide oversight for case management and conduct processes
Promote timely and equitable responses to student needs

Requirements:
Master's Degree in a related field and 10 years’ experience
Expertise in student development and well-being
Proven ability to implement strategies effectively
Robust knowledge of governance and policy
Experience with complex case management issues
