Become a key part of Humber College as the Student Connection & Community Care Project Assistant. This full time role emphasizes administrative support and stakeholder rapport within a vibrant educational environment. Reporting to the Manager in Student Wellness and Equitable Learning, you will provide essential administrative assistance across various functions, including incident management and supporting institutional committees.
This position supports the goals of student engagement and success, fostering an inclusive atmosphere while utilizing data analysis for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the Care Coordinator team
- Liaise with campus partners and analyze data trends
- Support the Committee for Preventing and Responding to Sexual Violence
- Assist in outreach and promotional activities
- Handle incident management and case record maintenance Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a post-secondary environment
- Two-year diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of administration principles
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Contribute to a thriving educational community through effective administration and student support at Humber College.
