Enhance the lives of seniors as a Life Enrichment Manager with Sunrise Senior Living. You will create personalized Life Skills experiences that promote engagement and familiarity for residents with memory loss. In this role, you will develop individual Life Skills tailored to resident interests and abilities.

Engage residents in daily routines, organize enrichment clubs, and maintain Life Skills stations. Additionally, you will document participation and collaborate with team members and volunteers for best engagement practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and lead small enrichment groups
- Review resident information to tailor activities
- Maintain supplies for Life Skills programs Requirements:
- 1+ year experience with memory-impaired seniors
- High School Diploma/GED, age 18+
- Robust communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt activities to cognitive abilities
