Plan, coordinate and monitor performance to ensure the best quality and maintain project timelines

Champion of on-site workplace safety

Communicate all delays, issues and updates to the management team

Take the lead on productivity issues and monitor work performance and efficiency of employees and subcontractors to ensure project plans and schedules are followed Qualifications

5 - 10 years of site supervision experience (or similar)

Knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control,



engineer drawings and other documents

Sense of responsibility, initiative and accountability

Excellent communication skills and a "get 'er done" attitude

Ability to travel a must
