Join Halton Healthcare as an IEN Learner in the Supervised Practice Experience Partnership. This temporary full time role involves working 12-hour shifts at our Oakville, Milton, or Georgetown sites. The SPEP program allows Internationally Educated Nurses to partner with skilled preceptors while demonstrating nursing knowledge, skills, and judgment.

This position is designed for non-registered RN or RPN applicants, giving you a chance to gain essential experience needed for nursing practice in Ontario. Key Responsibilities:

- Complete a maximum of 450 supervised practice hours
- Demonstrate knowledge and application of CNO Practice Standards
- Work directly with a designated preceptor in various inpatient units
- Maintain accountability and engage in self-reflection
- Successfully complete the program within 6 months Requirements:
- Must be a non-registered RN or RPN applicant
- Eligibility letter from the CNO required
- Available for various rotating shifts
- Must meet all registration requirements except evidence of practice
