This role is based in Oakville, Ontario; the salary range for this position is CAD $111,000.00 to $140,000.00 per annum, determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, applicable market data, and internal equity considerations.ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager - Engineering, reporting to the Systems Engineering Manager, leads and coordinates multiple complex projects within the Reactor Pilot Program and Fuel Line Pilot Facility, contributing to the design and development of IMSR technology. Key responsibilities include:Lead simultaneous project streams across the Reactor Pilot Program and Fuel Line Pilot Facility, ensuring alignment with IMSR development objectivesDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for multiple initiativesCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, safety, quality assurance, licensing and regulatory complianceImplement and maintain project management methodologies appropriate for nuclear technology developmentTrack and report project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management and stakeholdersStakeholder & Risk ManagementCoordinate with internal engineering teams, R&D, procurement, and executive leadership to align pilot program objectives with organizational goalsManage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality,
