About The Role
Capital Vision Care is hiring an optician to help patients choose and fit eyewear across our six Edmonton-area clinics. You will pair a great eye for style with the technical skill to get every lens right.
Day to day
What You Will Do
- Help patients choose frames that suit their face, prescription and lifestyle
- Recommend lens options, coatings and add-ons in plain language
- Take accurate measurements and fit, adjust and repair eyewear
- Educate patients on lens care and wearing schedules
- Support a welcoming,
well-organized optical area
About You
What We Are Looking For
- Licensed optician in Alberta, or eligible for licensure
- A strong sense of style and a love of helping people
- Attention to detail and accuracy with measurements
- Friendly, professional customer-service skills
