Job Profile:

The EC Lifecycle Management Platform team manages platform product lifecycle aspects such as vulnerability management and version hygiene to ensure stable, current, and secure infrastructure. The web/middleware platform products include Apache, Tomcat, Websphere, zookeeper, Lightstreamer, Stunnel, IIS, etc., covering intranet Web farms, middleware, and DMZ client-facing hosting platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Work with SMEs and use existing or develop new tools to report and update software/hardware versions across Web/Middleware products.




- Deploy and maintain version dashboards and generate regular stakeholder reports.
- Collaborate with the firm’s Technology Risk department and other teams to assess, report, and remediate vulnerabilities and apply patches.
- Participate in CVE/vulnerability reviews, providing updates and reports on patching and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain automation tools and dashboards for vulnerability and lifecycle management.
- Establish repeatable patching and upgrade processes for major Web/Middleware products.
- Coordinate with product owners and PMOs to assess and track hygiene items, providing regular reports and automation tools.
- Develop tooling for lifecycle functions such as patching and upgrades.
- Provide project management and deployment support for special projects as needed.

Primary Skills:

- Proficiency in scripting languages for automation.
- Knowledge and experience in Linux, Windows, and networking.
- Solid communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of system management, problem reporting, and change management tools and processes.

Good to Have Skills:

- Experience with the mentioned web and platform products.
- Product and project management experience.
