About the Role:
As an Assistant Manager/Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our store. You’ll help lead our team, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to creating a fun, welcoming shopping experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership potential who wants to grow in retail.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming shopping experience.
- Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members while helping with training and daily store operations.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment that supports both employee success and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising and backroom organization.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and assist with managing the store's online presence.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. An associate’s degree or two years of college may be substituted for the experience requirement.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail or customer service.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service.
- Familiarity with cashiering and POS systems is a strong asset.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, especially in administrative tasks.
- A team player who also takes initiative when needed.
- Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and available to work weekends.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
