Ensuringall guest billing isaccuratefor Groups, Tour, FIT’s, &
• Individuals Havinga strong knowledge of all groups in house and effectively communicatingthem to staff Having a solid understanding ofSAQ Standardsfor the front office andensuringall SAQreports are completedin a timely manner.
Manage guest rooms assignment and blocking Support Company and Hotel policies and proceduresincluding promotingand participation in Colleague Engagement Survey (CES),Fairmont Standards which include LQA,and Voice of the Guest (VOG) initiatives Adhering to the hotel’s vehicle handling and safety policies while driving hotel and guest vehicles Knowledge of Property Management Systemrequired Experience with a Hotel loyalty program an asset Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure Fluency in English One complimentary meal per shift in our staff cafeteria (additionalmeals can bepurchased at a subsidized rate) Employee travel program with discounts on room rates as well as on food & beverage at Fairmont &
