As the Retail Supervisor, it is your responsibility to make sure you deliver an excellent customer experience; follow all operational policies and procedures, meet sales goals objectives, and promise to provide the customer with the most helpful, friendly gift suggestions. You lead by example and create an environment where team members receive regular coaching and development. Customer experience is what we do!

Responsibilities

- Enjoy leading and supervising a sales team in a fun, energetic and results driven culture. Inspire your team to deliver on our quarterly goals.
- Consistently offering customers a helpful, friendly, and thoroughly enjoyable trend setting WOW retail experience.
- Effectively communicates and participates in the achievement of all sales targets.
- Organization and planning skills with the ability to schedule people and tasks is a requirement.
- Actively engage shoppers and determine their needs.

- The store supervisor will lead by example in all behaviours, sales,



and operational duties.

Requirements

- Strong leadership skills, coaching and training, and developed in a retail organization.
- Detail oriented and results focused individual with a demonstrated sense of efficiency.
- Experience with scheduling, managing a team of 5-10 staff, and leading daily tasks.
- The Retail Supervisor will also be head of merchandising, so background in product placement and creativity is a must.
- Supervision experience.
- Comfortable with modern day technology.
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings and, or weekends based on business needs.

Salary: To be determined based on experience.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
