The SQE ensures appropriate controls are implemented by suppliers on purchased products, all along procurement, manufacturing and packing.

Responsibilities - Support quality clarifications with suppliers during the tender phase.

- Train suppliers on Arabelle Solutions' tools and processes (ITTS, supplier documents, NCR, EOMR, etc.).
- Prepare and participate in kick‑off and pre‑inspection meetings (PIM) with suppliers, Arabelle Solutions representatives, and sometimes clients.
- Review and approve documentation under the responsibility of the supplier quality department, according to task distribution with specialists.
- Actively participate in Daily Management meetings to ensure precise governance of expected deliverables and to escale any difficulties to the manager.
- Coordinate and keep the inspection follow‑up (Inspection & Test Time Schedule ITTS) up to date.
- Perform inspections at suppliers' premises (at least 30% of inspections are performed by the Supplier Quality Engineer).
- Issue inspection reports and subcontract inspections if necessary.
- Analyze and validate inspection reports, ensuring internal distribution.
- Lead or support the resolution of NCRs and ensure their closure.




- Conduct root‑cause analyses of non‑conformities (RCA, 8D, A3) and develop supplier improvement plans.
- Perform field visits to suppliers (Gemba walk) during preparation or execution of manufacturing operations.
- Implement counter‑expertise related to special processes (dimensional, welding, NDT, etc.).
- Review and approve End of Manufacturing Reports (EOMR).
- Guarantee product conformity to contractual and regulatory requirements and authorize shipments when all quality criteria are met.

Profile

Requirements - Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- Auditor certification, according ISO 19443.
- Experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or project quality.
- Background in audits, inspections, or nonconformity management.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a project setting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with suppliers.
- Fluent in English.

Desirable

Skills - Experience in energy, power, or heavy industry.

- Familiarity with quality tools (RCA, FMEA, 8D).
- NDT Level 2 or 3.
