Raytheon ELCAN in Midland, Ontario is seeking a Surface Treatment Production Associate for the weekend shift to process mechanical components through finishing lines including sandblasting, anodizing, and some paint operations. You will collaborate with skilled professionals and contribute to the success of Raytheon ELCAN.

You will ensure Health & Safety compliance, read drawings, and perform plating and finishing tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency.
