The Forensic Program Support

Worker collaborates across various health and community sectors at Shared Health. Your experience in mental health and crisis intervention will support high-risk individuals through rehabilitation and community service coordination. Building strong relationships with clients and their families is essential for facilitating effective recovery. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement community reintegration plans in partnership with specific programs
- Facilitate risk management and mentorship initiatives




- Establish supportive relationships with clients
- Coordinate services with families and community resources
- Consult on skill-building activities and interventions Requirements:
- Two years of experience with mental health populations
- Degree or diploma in human services or related field
- Familiarity with Indigenous culture and community resources
- Valid driver's license required
