The SVP & Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Enterprise Infrastructure & Platforms, leads the organization's enterprise-wide technology infrastructure, cloud services, networking, platform engineering, end-user computing, and cybersecurity operations.

This executive is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, scalability, security, and resilience of digital and infrastructure platforms across all business units. The CTO will drive a modern, business-aligned infrastructure and platforms strategy that supports digital innovation, operational resilience, cost efficiency, and stakeholder trust while working closely with cybersecurity leadership to maintain a secure-by-design technology environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

- Develop and continuously evolve a forward-looking infrastructure and platform strategy aligned with business objectives, financial goals, and emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), advanced analytics, and cloud-native architectures.
- Lead the operational delivery of hybrid technology environments across cloud platforms, data centers, networking, storage, databases, and end-user computing.
- Drive technology modernization initiatives that enhance scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency.

Infrastructure & Operations Management

- Establish and maintain governance frameworks based on ITIL and Three Lines of Defense principles.
- Oversee incident, change, release, and problem management processes.
- Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of enterprise technology assets.
- Lead enterprise service operations, including service desk,



field support, collaboration platforms, workplace technology, and IT asset management.

Cybersecurity & Resilience

- Oversee the operational execution of cybersecurity controls, including:
- Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Vulnerability Management
- Network Security Operations
- Recovery and Restore Validation
- Direct disaster recovery and business continuity programs, including backup, replication, failover processes, annual testing, and cyber incident response readiness.

Platform Engineering & Innovation

- Lead platform and data engineering functions, including:
- DevOps
- CI/CD Pipelines
- Middleware & APIs
- ERP and Core Application Administration
- Data Platforms
- AI/ML Platforms
- Embed reliability, observability, automation, and security across all technology platforms.
- Define and manage AI/ML infrastructure to support scalable model deployment, MLOps maturity, compute resource availability, and secure data management.

Financial & Vendor Management

- Drive FinOps practices to optimize cloud, AI, and infrastructure spending.
- Implement cost management, resource optimization, usage monitoring, and financial accountability frameworks.




- Manage strategic vendor and procurement relationships across infrastructure, cloud, platforms, and managed services.
- Ensure vendor performance through SLA governance and risk-based assessments.

Performance & Stakeholder Management

- Establish and monitor KPIs and KRIs related to infrastructure availability, operational resilience, service performance, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology operations, cybersecurity, data strategy, and business continuity initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and retain high-performing technology teams across multiple geographies and business units.

Qualifications & ExperienceEducation

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's Degree or MBA is an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in technology infrastructure, platforms, and operations.
- Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
- Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure and platform teams across multiple locations or regions.
- Robust track record in IT service management, disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational excellence.
