As part of the Enterprise Transformation Office, this role will translate strategic priorities into practical execution plans, lead cross-functional change, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, scalability, and business performance across Canada and the U.S.
The role is suited to someone who can create structure from ambiguity, work closely with senior leaders, challenge current ways of working constructively, and move initiatives from idea to implementation to sustained adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Enterprise Transformation Initiatives
Lead high-priority, cross-functional transformation initiatives from diagnosis through implementation and adoption
Translate enterprise priorities into structured execution plans with clear scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and decision points
Manage delivery across multiple workstreams while maintaining momentum, accountability, and alignment with business outcomes
Advance AI & Automation
Identify, shape, and drive adoption of practical AI and automation use cases that reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and increase operational scalability
Partner with Technology and business teams to translate operational pain points into scalable, business-led solutions
Support the transition from pilots and proofs of concept to embedded capabilities with clear ownership, adoption plans, and performance measures
Enhance Core Business Processes
Diagnose operational friction and lead simplification, standardization, and automation of core processes across the investment lifecycle
Redesign workflows, roles, decision points, and handoffs to improve speed, consistency, scalability,
and accountability
Ensure process changes are practical, well understood, and adopted by the teams responsible for sustaining them
Drive Stakeholder Alignment and Adoption
Work closely with senior leaders and functional teams to drive alignment, decision-making, prioritization, and execution
Proactively identify and remove blockers, escalate decisions where needed, and maintain delivery momentum across teams
Provide clear updates on progress, risks, decisions required, adoption, and business impact
Measure Value and Business Impact
Define baseline metrics and success measures tied to efficiency, scalability, risk reduction, decision quality, investor experience, and business performance
Track whether initiatives are delivering intended benefits and identify corrective actions where outcomes are not materializing
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's of Business, Engineering or equivalent.
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Change Management and AI are considered an asset
8+ years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, operational improvement, or complex program delivery
Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable operational or business outcomes
Strong experience in process improvement, operating model design, workflow redesign, or business process re‑engineering
Experience identifying or implementing AI, automation,
workflow improvement, or digital enablement opportunities
Strong ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate decisions, and drive outcomes across functions without direct authority
Robust executive communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex issues into clear updates, recommendations, and decision points
Experience in private equity, real estate, financial services, asset management, or another regulated environment is an asset
Work closely with the Senior Director to help shape, organize, and drive the day‑to‑day priorities of the Enterprise Transformation Office, ensuring enterprise initiatives are clearly defined, actively managed, and moving toward implementation
Work across functions to clarify business problems, define target states, align stakeholders, and map the path from current state to implementation
Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, moving comfortably between executive discussions, working sessions, process design, and implementation follow‑up
Use practical tools such as process maps, workplans, issue logs, decision records, status updates, adoption plans, and benefit tracking to keep work clear and moving
Stay focused on implementation quality, business adoption, and measurable improvement rather than producing plans that do not change how work gets done
