What You Will Do

Receive and review digital marketing requests, validating scope, objectives and business requirements with stakeholders including legal and compliance departments and external vendors.

Support email planning, search strategy, development and execution, including reviewing content against brand guidelines, industry best practices and evolving A/B testing insights.

Regularly monitor website content for accuracy, facilitating update requests to ensure content and resources are kept up to date and compliant with industry regulations and ensure it’s SEO-optimized.

Collaborate with various business units in support of all their digital marketing requirements, owning and managing committed deliverables through our workflow platforms.

Identify and develop opportunities to improve internal processes and customer experiences across all digital channels, personalizing journeys and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve targeted goals.

Establish relationships with advisors, compliance and other key internal and external stakeholders.

Experience

3+ years of full-time work experience in marketing (agency or client side), with a strong focus on integrated campaigns across email, web, search, as well as other digital media campaigns.

Proven experience leading and managing digital marketing initiatives from intake through execution, including scope definition, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

Working knowledge of SEO best practices, including content strategy, and performance measurement to improve organic visibility and traffic (asset).





Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross–functionally with marketing, legal, compliance, and external vendors.

Experience working within regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, or similar) is an asset.

Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, CMS tools, email marketing systems, and workflow/project management tools is an asset.

Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder–management skills.

Education / Training

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

This role follows our in‑office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $95,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
