Drive operational excellence as a Supervisor for Supplier Master Data & Compliance at lululemon, focusing on team leadership and regulatory compliance. This role is primarily office-based.

You will lead the Master Data Management, Business Licenses, and Gift Cards functions in the Global Finance Shared Services team. With a strong background in finance operations, you will manage both local and offshore teams, ensuring effective service delivery and adherence to compliance standards. Your expertise will support lululemon's growth objectives and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct MDM, BL, and GC operational functions
• Mentor and build teams, reinforcing performance standards
• Use data and KPIs for strategic decision-making




• Engage with business stakeholders to enhance operational processes
• Maintain compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and internal controls

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 6-8 years in finance operations or MDM
• Demonstrated leadership and accountability
• Solid knowledge of vendor data governance and tax reporting
• Significant experience with ERP and workflow systems
