Role
As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience, from the first interaction to the final handoff. You’ll showcase the Volkswagen lineup, understand each customer’s needs, and guide them confidently through the buying journey. This is an opportunity to build lasting relationships, provide exceptional customer experiences, and grow your career in a supportive, high‑energy workplace.
Compensation: After comprehensive company‑provided training and a bit of practice expected earnings should exceed $100,000 annually. Up to your first year, the company guarantees a minimum income of $682.69 weekly unless commissions exceed that amount.

Responsibilities
Deliver engaging vehicle presentations to clients, both in person and through video.
Strategically plan and organize your day to meet and exceed sales targets, managing your pipeline efficiently.
Present lease and purchase options clearly and accurately.
Schedule and coordinate test drives, vehicle deliveries, ensuring all documents are ready.
Build lasting relationships with clients by providing personalized guidance throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both in person and online.
Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset.
Enthusiastic, professional, and well‑presented.
Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
Organized, self‑motivated, results‑driven with a positive attitude.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
