Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed estimates for industrial and renewable projects
• Review civil, mechanical, and electrical drawings and specs
• Conduct quantity take-offs and pricing strategy analysis




• Collaborate with project management and engineering teams
• Identify and mitigate project risks during the bidding process

Requirements:
• 10+ years estimating large-scale industrial projects
• Degree or diploma in relevant field
• Expertise in EPC and design-build delivery methods
• Knowledge of Canadian construction codes and standards
• Proficiency in estimating software like Bluebeam
