Job Description Summary Mechanic – Level 3. The role performs preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment to prevent downtime.
The fleet includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty equipment such as large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas related equipment.
Key Responsibilities Build skills by working on a variety of equipment, develop a career track in service or operation management, and work with a safety‑focused team.
Education / Experience High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
5+ years of technician experience with diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas equipment) strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities May need to provide tools of the trade.
Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting skills.




Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a rapid‑paced environment.
Physical Demands Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.
