Experience with mainframe development, analysis, testing, and deployment activities.

Experience with tools and platforms:

INSYNC

Jira

Confluence

ServiceNow

AI awareness and experience using AI‑assisted development tools, including:

GitHub Copilot

VS Code

Design & Development Responsibilities

Independently analyze IMS segments and create detailed technical designs.

Lead and mentor junior developers.

Participate in end‑to‑end field mapping activities.

Develop, unit test, and deploy mainframe applications.





Analyze and troubleshoot complex mainframe application issues.

DB2 Expertise

Strong understanding of DB2 objects and processing.

Ability to independently analyze DB2 objects and support application development activities.

Soft Skills

Ability to work independently within a team environment with limited mainframe expertise.

Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.

Valuable communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Kafka.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs.
