Overview

Responsibilities

Supervise daily inventory control activities, including cycle counts and transaction verification.

Ensure adherence to proper receiving/shipping procedures, and maintain inventory accuracy through receipts, transfers, adjustments, returns, etc.

Assign tasks and monitor performance of inventory warehouse staff.

Plan and oversee cycle count schedules and reconciliation processes.

Investigate and manage inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.

Promote workplace safety standards and proper material handling.

Provide performance feedback and support team development.

Train staff in proper handling and documentation procedures.

Report daily metrics to management.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

3‑5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain setting.

1‑2 years of experience leading or supervising teams.

Demonstrated leadership, conflict resolution, feedback, direction and skill development.

Ability to handle complex or unexpected operational issues.





Ownership beyond assigned responsibilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail oriented and comfortable making decisions with limited information.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Working Environment
Work performed in office and warehouse environments.
