Position Summary As part of the expansion of our industrial operations, we are seeking an Industrial Project Engineer for our cutting-edge small-to-medium-sized enterprise. Participate in projects from start to finish: mechanical and process design, continuous improvement of our equipment, tailoring solutions to each client’s needs, as well as managing budgets, schedules, suppliers, and client relationships. Collaborate with the Production team.
Responsibilities Gather and analyze the needs of operational teams to define appropriate technical solutions.
Develop specifications, projected budgets, and project schedules.
Coordinate various internal stakeholders (production, maintenance, quality, methods, HSE, procurement) and external stakeholders (suppliers,



engineering firms, subcontractors).
Oversee technical studies, supplier consultations, and implementation phases.
Monitor project progress and report to management.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, and deadline requirements.
Participate in the installation, testing, validation, and commissioning of new equipment or processes.
Identify and implement measures to improve industrial performance.
Contribute to the standardization and documentation of best practices for projects.
