Were looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our clients Markham team and support the design and delivery of building systems across commercial, multiresidential, institutional, government, and industrial projects.
What Youll Do Design HVAC, hydronic, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Prepare drawings, specs, reports, and HVAC load calculations (HAP)
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers
Review designs for compliance with OBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, CSA
Attend site meetings, perform site reviews, and support contract administration
Contribute to proposals and support project delivery from concept to construction
What You Bring 5+ years of mechanical building services experience
EIT or P.Eng (one required)
Robust knowledge of building codes and mechanical design standards
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Carrier HAP, MS Office
Experience with HVAC schematics, equipment selection, and construction detailing
Strong communication, organization, and timermany skills
Valid drivers license and regular access to a vehicle
Nice to Have Experience with renovations and multiun it residential projects
Familiarity with contract administration and shop drawing reviews
