The Role
We’re looking for a results‑driven Project Manager to join the Project Management Office (PMO) within Tundra’s Operations department. This role will work on delivery of data transformation, reporting, and AI‑driven initiatives. This is a great opportunity to get close to cutting‑edge AI initiatives.

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of data and development‑focused initiatives (data transformation, reporting, AI)

Drive alignment across business stakeholders, operations, AI & Innovation and analytics teams

Translate business requirements into structured delivery plans with technical teams





Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across cross‑functional teams

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies

Establish strong project governance, reporting cadence, and executive updates

Support delivery of AI‑enabled initiatives and identify opportunities to drive automation and insighti>

Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value (visibility, efficiency, insights)

Who You Are

You have 5+ years of project management experience in complex, cross‑functional environments.

You have proven experience delivering data transformation or reporting projects.

You have exposure to advanced analytics initiatives.

You have strong stakeholder management skills and can drive alignment and influence decisions.

You are comfortable working with both business and technical teams.

You are highly organized, proactive, and outcome‑focused.

You hold a PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification (preferred but not required).

You bring a growth mindset and a collaborative spirit.

The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $80,000 - $100,000.
