He can come home a bit overstimulated from the day, so were looking for someone whos patient, playful, and understands how to help him unwind while still keeping things engaging and positive. Dad works later into the evening, and when I get home, Im usually focused on dinner and tidying upso having an extra set of hands during that after-school window would be a huge help to us.
