Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton, and we are looking for a LOADER / UTILITY OPERATOR to join our UNDERGROUND DIVISION for the 2026 season. This position is a full -time seasonal role and offers competitive wage with benefits.
The successful candidate will perform tasks such as:
Operation of loaders, excavators, and other heavy equipment
Performing general labour tasks such as shoveling, sweeping, and cleaning up job sites
Assisting in the maintenance and repair of equipment
Following all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements
Experience working in a construction or similar environment
A valid drivers license
Ability to operate heavy equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work in a team environment and take direction

Pay Scale: $26 - $36 per hour based on experience
Successful candidate will thrive in a physically demanding, highly productive, and high-pressure environment. They will also possess a valid drivers license and have a strong drive to contribute to the teams success by working with operators and other crew members to perform a wide range of duties. Successful candidates will also be able to maintain a safety-minded and high accountability work culture while working with their direct supervisors, and other employees while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
Successful candidates must have a driving record free of major infractions, and must pass a medical/fitness exam, as conditions of employment.
