Elevate training initiatives as the Training and Development Team Lead at Conestoga Meats. Spearhead adult learning programs and foster a culture of continuous development.

In this role, you will collaborate with the EED Manager to enhance training strategies and recommend innovative training technologies. Your leadership will guide the development of annual learning plans and support the career development of managers and senior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and refine training content and strategies
• Facilitate training programs using interactive delivery methods
• Track training outcomes and adjust programs as needed
• Supervise the Training and Development Coordinators
• Maintain the Canadian Butchery skills development program

Requirements:
• 5 years in learning and development, training, or HR
• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills
• Familiarity with learning management systems
• Project management experience from ideation to completion
• Ability to cultivate relationships internally and externally
