Status: Regular Part Time

Department: Pulmonary Function Lab

Program: Respiratory Services

Schedule: Days and Evenings – 8 and 12 Hour Shifts (Subject to Change)

Location: Lakeridge Health Oshawa & Ajax-Pickering

Wage: $38.350 - $53.280 per hour

Responsibilities

Provide respiratory care under the direction of the Manager, Critical Care & Respiratory Services.

Document all aspects of care accurately.

Perform diagnostic testing and maintain equipment.

Participate in quality assurance activities and continuing education.

Maintain competence and professionalism in inter‑disciplinary teamwork.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Diploma in Respiratory Therapy.

Current registration with the College of Respiratory Therapy of Ontario.

Current B.C.L.S. and Ontario Heart Foundation Standards.

Robust motivation, independent and team orientation.

Proven problem‑solving, teaching, organizational, communication, and judgment skills.

At least some clinical experience (asset).





Advanced educational preparation (asset).

Preferred PALS and ACLS certifications.

Maintained satisfactory performance record.
