Well Health – Brickyard Medical Clinic located at Suite 150 – 17475 - 56th Avenue, Surrey, Canada. Job Type: Long Term (>8 weeks). Category: Urban Locum. Proposed Dates: Feb 24 2025 – Dec 31 2027. Hours: Either full‑time or part‑time.

Responsibilities
The ideal physician will provide full‑scope family practice, including a walk‑in component as needed. A versatile schedule will be arranged with the clinic, allowing you to master your own hours.

Financials
Average Monthly Overhead Agreement: Billing split to be discussed.
Financial agreement coordinated through the Director of Recruitment.

Practice Details
Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts; clinic has 8 exam rooms.
Shared office space.
OSCAR EMR.

Hours
Flexible schedule. Clinic opens 8 am – 4 pm Mon–Fri. No strict policy around time off.

Staff
Clinic currently has 4 physicians working part‑time and full‑time, an office manager and MOAs to support transition.

Qualifications
Hold or be eligible for CCFP certification.
