This role offers the opportunity to contribute to large‑scale, global transformation initiatives, including Payroll and Oracle Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, global Oracle Cloud‑related projects across both Agile and Waterfall delivery models, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including development, QA, infrastructure, and third‑party vendors, to support effective execution and resource utilization.

Track project progress against milestones and deliverables, identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and critical path items, and supporting mitigation planning.

Support prioritization of activities and resource allocation, ensuring capacity is aligned with project timelines and deliverables.

Contribute to a collaborative and high‑performing team environment, promoting accountability and timely delivery of key milestones.

Identify and remove delivery impediments, supporting continuous improvement through metrics tracking and reporting.

Ensure required environments, infrastructure, and dependencies are in place to support project delivery, adjusting plans where needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least one implementation‑type project related to Oracle Cloud or similar Cloud Platforms.

Demonstrated knowledge and skills in project management, problem‑solving, change/release management, multi‑tasking, and service management.

Experience working in global delivery environments with distributed teams.

Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage and track multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
