• Champion safety rules and practices within the team
• Assist Mill Operations with deposition methodologies
• Develop and reconcile tailings deposition plans
• Collect data and prepare regular reports on findings
• Conduct infrastructure inspections and evaluations

Requirements:
• Experience in mining focused on tailings (3-4 years)
• Civil, Geotechnical, or Mining Engineering degree
• Ability to register as an EIT with a plan to progress
