Project Manager / Scrum Master
Proven experience as part of the core project management team for large, multi‑year system integration programs with 25+ downstream systems and 50+ resources.

Skill and Toolset Competencies

Advanced proficiency in maintaining detailed, fully integrated project plans (dependencies, critical path, milestones) using MS Project.

Advanced working knowledge of JIRA (backlog management, workflow tracking, dashboards, reporting).

Proficiency with Confluence for documentation, knowledge sharing, and maintaining project artifacts.

Strong Excel skills (data analysis, tracking logs, reporting models).

Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive communications and status reporting.

RAID log management (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) with clear tracking, escalation, and resolution discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate daily Scrum/stand‑up sessions with cross‑functional teams.

Monitor testing progress, coordinate test cycles, and manage defect triage processes across multiple teams.

Maintain integrated project plans and track dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.

Manage RAID logs, ensuring timely tracking, escalation, and resolution of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.

Produce executive‑level status reports and detailed operational reports for delivery teams.

Coordinate with large, distributed teams to drive delivery and resolve blockers.

Maintain project documentation, knowledge repositories,



and audit trails using Confluence.

Support Agile and waterfall delivery practices while ensuring structured project governance.

Key Attributes

Demonstrated capability to monitor testing progress, coordinate test cycles, and manage defect triage processes across multiple teams.

Ability to lead and facilitate daily Scrum/stand‑up sessions with cross‑functional teams.

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without loss of control.

Self‑directed and highly accountable; able to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and evolving requirements.

Pragmatic mindset with the ability to balance speed vs. perfection and drive progress under ambiguity.

Solid understanding of waterfall and Agile delivery practices alongside structured project governance.

Robust organizational discipline and ability to maintain high‑quality documentation and audit trails.

Proven ability to identify blockers early and drive resolution across teams.

Ability to produce executive‑level status reports (clear, concise, outcome‑focused) and detailed operational reports for delivery teams.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to tailor messaging to executive and working‑level audiences.

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across large, distributed teams (60 participants).
