We are looking for a skilled TrackWise Consultant with strong technical and functional expertise to support development, configuration, and integration of TrackWise Quality Management System. The candidate will play a key role in implementing and supporting enterprise QMS processes, ensuring scalability, compliance, and integration with other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Configure workflows, forms, fields, and coordinator in TrackWise

Manage user roles, security profiles, and access control

Develop and enhance TrackWise modules aligned with business requirements

Build and maintain TrackWise Reports (Single, Multi and QV)

Integration & Interfaces

Design and develop integrations with external systems

Java/J2EE and Web Services (SOAP / REST APIs)

Work on data synchronization between TrackWise and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, BI platforms)

Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers

Perform performance tuning and query optimization

Maintain TrackWise database schema and data integrity

Upgrade & Release Management

Support TrackWise upgrades (v9.x / v10.x / TW Web)

Handle setting setup, migration, and deployment activities

Assist in vulnerability remediation and patch upgrades

Release / Production Support

Manage TrackWise Migration from lower to higher environment.

Troubleshoot incidents, defects, and TrackWise integration issues

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fixes

Coordinate with DBA, Infra, and business teams

Mandatory Skills

Hands-on experience with Sparta/Honeywell Systems TrackWise (v9 / v10 / TW Web)

Strong knowledge of TrackWise workflows, configuration,



and reporting

Experience in TrackWise API (IWS and OWS) and Java Web Services (SOAP and REST)

Strong SQL Server skills (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)

Experience in system integration and troubleshooting

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

Java (OOP, Collections, JDBC, multithreading basics)

Experience with TrackWise upgrades and migrations

Familiarity with QMS / Quality

Exposure to SAP, Power BI, or enterprise integrations

Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and environment automation

Business / Functional Experience

Understanding of quality processes such as:

CAPA, Non-Conformance (NC), Change Control

Audit Management and Compliance workflows

Experience working with global stakeholders in regulated environments

Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management

Ability to work in a cross-functional global team

Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability

Key Responsibilities (Extended)

To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions; define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.

To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
