Job Overview
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the fabrication and assembly of high‑quality components and products, ensuring they meet precise specifications and standards. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in welding and mechanical assembly, along with a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Read and understand fabrication blueprints/drawings.

Perform all mechanical assembly operations of sub-assemblies and package assembly, including functional test setup and in‑process quality checks.





Fit metal components as per blueprints/drawings and specifications, ensuring all tolerances are met.

Use processes such as GMAW (MIG) and FCAW.

Operate welding equipment (manual or semi‑automatic) and metal shaping machines.

Ensure tasks are performed within allotted time and in accordance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies and procedures.

Operate forklift, hand truck, and/or other material handling equipment as needed.

Perform basic maintenance of welding equipment.

Operate metal working equipment such as press brakes, saws, etc. as required.

Mask and paint parts as required.

Qualifications

Completion of trade school in welding or mechanics.

Minimum 1–2 years of mechanical assembly and welding experience.

Basic computer knowledge.

Experience reading and understanding fabrication prints.

Manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.

Ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads (up to 50 lb).

Adaptability to changing priorities and conditions.

Ability to operate forklift and cranes (training provided).

Capacity to adhere to safety standards and company policies.
