Supervise, control, organize and coordinate the CONEC business unit in all dimensions (Financial Accounting, Inventory, Costing, Tax, Payroll, Payables, Receivables, Treasury, Statutory Reporting, Management Reporting, etc.)
Ensure the preparation of all the financials of the CONEC North America business units within the Framework of Amphenol's Policies & Procedures.
Manage the monthly accounting close process and produce the consolidated financial results for the business unit whilst supporting corporate financial reporting requirements.
Analyze the Profit and Loss statement and Balance Sheet for the manufacturing site whilst facilitating the factory management teams in meeting their financial goals.
Ensure the integrity of the Company's inventory and analyze the related cost of goods sold in accordance with US-GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Manage Key Performance Indicators and support decision making to reduce costs and improve profitability.
Forecasting and budgeting of P&L;, Balance Sheet and other related key figures




Maintain a reliable internal accounting control system that ensures the integrity of all financial data in compliance with corporate objectives and government standards such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX)
Understand and follow applicable Company practices, policies and procedures.
Liaison with skilled advisors including bankers, auditors, tax advisors, lawyers and other ad hoc advisors.
Relentless passion for continuous improvements, utilization of technology and implementation of automated processes
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
at least 5years of work related experience (controlling and finance of industrial/manufacturing companies or public accounting or tax consultancy)
Very good knowledge of financial statements, consolidation and ERP-systems with the focus on manufacturing gained through studies or work experience
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and spoken English, Spanish would be an advantage
