TSYS Tech Lead – TSYS/TS2, API, MQ & Production Support
Location: Toronto, ON

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred)

Role Description
TSYS Tech Lead Expectations:

TSYS application knowledge including TS2, TLP, Quick Remit, CentreSuite, APIs, MQs, and green screens/options.

Expertise in TSYS for both Consumer and Commercial platforms.

TSYS/Bank integration knowledge is advantageous.

Knowledge of G&D;, Symcor, and MasterCard interfaces is an advantage.

Lead the implementation of platform-led projects for both testing and production.

Lead all technical activities and assessments.





Experience in API and MQ with the ability to understand and analyze request/response messages for issue triage and investigations.

TSYS/TS2 credit card functionality knowledge across different modules, including:

Statements

Options

Authorizations

Rewards

Recent Card Onboarding

Quick Remit

CentreSuite

Hands-on experience with TSYS batch files.

Experience in API and MQ with the ability to understand and analyze request/response messages for issue triage and investigations.

Top 3 Preferred Skills

Experience working with vendors such as MasterCard, Visa, Symcor, and G&D.;

TSYS production support experience.

Incident management using ServiceNow, including tracking incidents through to closure.
