Job Title: Senior Power Automate Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 . This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to streamline workflows, automate business processes, and integrate enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.

Build cloud and desktop automation workflows for business process automation.

Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).

Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party applications.

Develop custom connectors, APIs, and reusable automation components.

Create automated approval workflows, notifications, document management, and business process automation.

Design solutions using Microsoft Dataverse and SQL databases.

Implement governance, security, and best practices across the Power Platform.

Troubleshoot workflow failures, optimize performance, and resolve production issues.

Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements.

Prepare technical documentation, solution designs,



and deployment guides.

Mentor junior developers and promote Power Platform best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on Power Automate development .

Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

Expertise in workflow automation and enterprise application integration.

Experience developing scalable and secure automation solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
