*Warehouse Associate/Worker (Temporary to full time position)*
* Pay Rate: $18.00/hr. for day shift and $19.80/hr. for the afternoon shift
* Day shift times: 6:15 am to 2:45 pm
* Afternoon shift times: 3pm to 11:30pm
* Available: Monday to Friday
* Location: Oakville
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Responsible for receiving, sortation, Clean & Screen functionality testing/Firmware upgrade and kitting production of electronics products
* Report to the Department Head and Operations Managers
* Can use RF scanner and computer for basic data entry.
* Screen & Clean Replacing parts when required.
* Responsible for any outbound shipments that need to be scanned, processed, and manifested.
* Experience working in high-speed, high-volume environment.
* Will need to scan and sort packages onto commercial pallets to specific locations indicated.
* Ability to use material handling equipment such as a pallet jack and shrink wrap machine.
* Maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and work primarily standing.
* Attention to detail is must.
*Required Skill Experience:*
* Must have a reliable car (due to location/commute).
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a General Labourer or Warehouse Associate.
* Solid computer skills and general tech proficiency.
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Previous experience working in high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e., testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plus.
* Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
* Strong verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs.
* Must be able to work in varying facility conditions.
* Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and potentially holidays as needed by the customer.
