Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to:

- Collaborate, analyze and prioritize to update detailed business processes;
- Facilitate exchanges between IT teams and users;
- Participate in the implementation of changes to be made to business processes and work procedures;
- Collaborate in the development of the test strategy, the writing of test cases and scenarios, the preparation of datasets as well as the support of functional and integrated tests;
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the change strategy ( communication, training, etc.);
- Identify functional gaps, recommend pragmatic solutions and support decision-making on the required trade-offs;
- Produce and maintain functional documentation, detailed design deliverables, user guides and execution aids required by the project;
- Support deployment readiness, key user training, knowledge transfer to internal teams, and post-implementation support;
- Contribute to the monitoring of deliverables, milestones, risks and functional dependencies in collaboration with the project leads.

The profile we are looking for is as follows:





- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a functional manager or Business Analyst;
- Have demonstrated experience in at least one large-scale project for the development and implementation of information systems;
- Demonstrated experience with SAP Ariba and Fieldglass solutions;
- Experience with Agile approaches (an asset);
- Demonstrate good experience in business process modeling and their transformation;
- Have experience in a cross-functional matrix project in a large company (one asset);
- Have knowledge and mastery of best practices in supply chain management (contract management);
- Knowledge of the construction industry (an asset);
- Knowledge of process mapping standards (an asset);
- Demonstrate excellent ability to summarize and popularize information;
- Possess the ability to collaborate with stakeholders from different sectors;
- Have a proven ability to meet tight deadlines;
- Have a positive analytical and synthesis mind;
- Demonstrate leadership, rigor and initiative.
