Join the City of Vernon as an Advanced Systems Analyst, providing essential technical support for our network infrastructure. Collaborate on advanced troubleshooting, system upgrades, and achieving optimal performance. Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Solutions, you'll work closely with the Senior Systems Analyst - Network, tackling service patches and ensuring the security of the City's systems.

This role requires expertise in troubleshooting servers and network critical systems while supporting infrastructure emergencies and conducting automation. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise systems
- Assist with network maintenance and after-hours operations




- Work with the Senior Systems Analyst on security strategies
- Conduct system administration and scripting for automation
- Offer training and support for end users Requirements:
- Diploma in information technology or equivalent
- Minimum three years’ experience in advanced technical environments
- MCSE or equivalent qualifications
- Valid BC Driver’s License
