In this role, you will bridge the gap between business operations and technology by designing scalable processes and optimizing the systems that support client-facing teams. Working closely with Operations, Customer Success, and Support, you will translate business needs into effective technical solutions while driving continuous improvement across multiple platforms. You will take ownership of requirements gathering, workflow analysis, roadmap planning, and light system configuration, partnering with AI and technical specialists to deliver impactful solutions.
