Our goal is to provide genuine service to our pension members and Ontario’s healthcare providers. By joining PSG, you will be solving challenging problems that make real impact on the solutions we deliver.What you will do:Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases using C#, Playwright, and CI/CD pipelines, applying best practices such as data‑driven testing and Behavior Driven DevelopmentDesign, implement, and maintain automated test cases based on business scenarios written in Gherkin, using BDD frameworks to validate application behaviorUnderstanding the infrastructure, the deployment pipelines,



the integration of the different components and how to troubleshoot these componentsEnsure proper version control and configuration management of all developed test objects across all test environments usedCreate and maintain test data and test environments necessary for executing test cases and scenariosLeverage AI‑enabled development and testing tools to accelerate creation, refactoring, and maintenance of automated test cases, test data, and supporting documentation, ensuring outputs are reviewed, validated, and compliant with Pension Core quality and audit standardsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on testing processes, tools, and methodologiesStay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing to enhance skills and knowledgeWork with Microsoft Azure DevOps for test case management, defect management, test reporting and other functionsUse SQL to identify affected populations and create reliable test data sets used in automated and manual test cases, supporting functional, regression, and troubleshooting scenarios, as well as production fixes and ETL developmentParticipate in your team’s Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospective meetingsWhat you bring:5+ years of experience as a Systems Developer with a focus on Test AutomationUniversity Degree or College Certificate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fieldsProficient in SQLExperience with an Object-Oriented programming language, such as C# or JavaFamiliarity with testing frameworks such as Selenium,



Playwright and XUnitMSTestFamiliarity with Microsoft products (Visual Studio, Azure, .NET) is a nice-to-haveUnderstanding of Quality Assurance methodologies and best practicesPrior experience PowerShell Scripting would be considered an assetPrior experience with Spec Flow would be considered an asset for behavior driven developmentExperience or demonstrated interest in using AI‑enabled tools to support software development, test automation, or documentation efficiency.Mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skillsAccuracy and attention to detailSelf-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends and building knowledge on the Insight product, the business, and our release processesExtremely organized with strong time-management skills.Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, skilled at multi-tasking, with a strong ability to context switch.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.Experience with testing methodologies and tools is a plus.Strong ownership mentality preferred and willingness to learn.Previous experience with cloud platforms such as Azure is beneficial.The expected annual base salary range for this role is: $71,000 - $109,000 CADThe actual base salary offered to the successful candidate may vary based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, individual's expertise and level of experience applicable to the role they are being offered.This role is eligible to participate in discretionary incentive plan(s), subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan text.This job posting is for a newly created role.HOOPP may use artificial intelligence tools to assist in screening, assessing and selecting applicants for this position.
